Are you considering getting married at St. Joseph's?
(Click for Information)

Preparation for the sacrament of Matrimony is one of the most important times of faith in a person's life. Before deciding to be married in the Catholic Church, a couple should enter a time of prayer and consideration.

Baptism of a Child
(Click for Information)

The sacrament of Baptism joyfully celebrates the entrance of new members into the Christian community. This celebration for the newborn or other children is regularly scheduled on Sunday at 1:30 p.m. A baptismal preparation meeting for parents and godparents takes place each month. Please register at the rectory by telephone for a preparation meeting prior to Baptism.

Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults
(Click for Information)

Adult baptism and Confirmation mark the entrance of older individuals to the faith community at St. Joseph's. Normally, adult baptisms occur after a program of inquiry and instruction classes for men or women wishing to proclaim their faith and begin a new life in the Church. Arrangements should be made by contacting the parish office.

First Reconciliation
(Click for Information)
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a continuation of the reconciling and healing ministry of Jesus.  This Sacrament celebrates God’s mercy and forgiveness.

First Eucharist
(Click for Information)
The sacrament of Holy Eucharist celebrates God’s love and presence.  The Eucharist nourishes and strengthens us to live and grow in the Christian life.  The Catholic Church teaches that the Eucharist is the source and center of our faith.

Confirmation
(
Click for Information)
This Sacrament of the Spirit to assist in growth to personal Christian maturity is offered annually to 8th grade and high school students. Students who request this sacrament are prepared through a special pre-Confirmation program. Adults may arrange for Confirmation by contacting a parish staff member.

Mass and Reconciliation
Mass
is celebrated daily at St. Joseph's.
Confessions are heard each week.  Please see the schedule at right.
Additionally, special days of reconciliation are scheduled throughout the year.  Please check the bulletin, or contact the office, for scheduling details.

Anointing of the Sick
(Click for Information)

This healing sacrament is for those in need of strength during a sickness. It is not necessarily related to death. The parish priests will be happy to administer the sacrament upon request.

The Sacrament of healing is offered during the fall and spring seasons, usually at a Sunday Mass. During this celebration, the sacrament of Anointing the Sick is administered.  Watch the bulletin for dates and times.
