How to Apply to St. Joseph School

Registration for the following school year is typically held in January of each year in the Multi-Purpose Room at St. Joseph School.   Registrations are also accepted on a rolling basis to accommodate individual needs.  Contact the office at (410) 683 - 0600 option 3, for registration and health forms, or download the following forms: Kindergarten RegistrationRegistration, other grades, Health Form K-8

At the time of registration, parents are expected to complete all necessary forms, as well as provide copies of the child’s birth and baptismal certificates, record of immunizations, and the child’s Social Security number.

Applications will not be accepted prior to the designated registration dates.  All new registered students are tested for purposes of acceptance and placement.

At the time of registration, parents of students for grades other than kindergarten and first must provide copies of report cards and standardized test scores.  In order to best serve the educational needs of the child, we request the results of all educational testing.

If space is available, students are accepted according to the following priorities:

1. Children applying to kindergarten must be 5 years old by September 1
2. Siblings of students currently enrolled
3. Children of parents who are enrolled parishioners of St. Joseph Parish and the Catholic Community of St. Francis Xavier
4. Children of parents who are enrolled parishioners in other Catholic parishes
5. All other children
