FAQ Faith Direct

What is “EFT”?

Electronic Funds Transfer (“EFT”) is a way to make offertory contributions to the parish without writing checks or using cash.

How does EFT work?

After the transfer(s) have been authorized, the designated contribution amount is electronically transferred directly from your checking or savings account (as specified) into the parish’s account or charged to your credit card.

What are the advantages of EFT?

EFT allows you to make contributions to your parish without writing checks or using envelopes. You will not have to worry about missing a contribution if you are unable to attend Mass and you may alter or terminate the EFT at any time.

How much does EFT cost?

Electronic Funds Transfer is free! It saves you time and money!

Is EFT safe?

EFT eliminates the risk of checks being lost, stolen, or destroyed. It also has a high rate of accuracy. In addition, all EFT transactions will be tracked on your itemized bank statement or credit card statement.
