Youth & Young Adult Ministry

St. Joseph Catholic Youth Ministry’s mission is to reach teenagers looking for more to life than what the world is offering them. It’s an opportunity to not only learn more about the Catholic faith but what it means to have a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Serve With Teenagers

What if serving the next generation could have an impact on your own faith? What if it could help you get to know more about God, the Catholic church and connect you to life-changing relationships?

Here are a few ways you can get involved:

Small Group Leader (For The Edge and The Underground) – Building long term relationships with teens and their families to help them understand that God has a plan for them and the church is here to help them find it.

Station Leader (For The Edge and The Underground) – Responsible for creating a welcoming environment at our youth programs for teens, and visitors by setting up rooms, decorating our spaces and helping out behind the scenes.

Advisors (For Confirmation Only) – Helping candidates develop their God given identity through Christ-like habits and faith deepening resources. Advisors also work with parents and sponsors in the equipping of their child’s formation.

Communications and Support Team (All Youth Programs) – Assisting with the clarity in communication and sharing of resources to candidates, parents and sponsors.
